On Dec. 9 an Okaloosa County Sheriff's deputy pulled into a Circle K convenience store on Miracle Strip Parkway in Fort Walton Beach and encountered 39 year old Tony Streeter of Fort Walton Beach, who was just getting out of his car. A deputy noted Streeter's car smelled like marijuana.

Streeter's vehicle yielded about half a gram of crack lying on the driver's side door in plain view, the deputy noted.
