Their pro development, pro poor agenda remains unclear, and the recent controversy over Bhushan's reported remarks on a J referendum has raised questions over whether they are equipped to tackle complex domestic policy issues.Primarily, the party is seen as urban. Of the eight to 12 states, including Bihar, UP, Haryana and Maharashtra where they have a presence, AAP admits it is largely in the urban centres.
