Alertness on the part of traffic policemen helped nab three robbers of a gang of five who were fleeing after robbing a woman of Rs50,000 in Ghatkopar around 1.50pm on Monday. The robbers had snatched the bag of a woman who had withdrawn the money moments earlier. Two robbers, however, managed to escape with the cash.
After grabbing the bag from the 57 year old woman at the Karani junction in Ghatkopar (west), the robbers were fleeing when two traffic policemen noticed them.
