I read an interview in http://kkdowning.net/interviews/nikolokotzev.html in which Nikolo explained the problems (economic mainly) to launch Draconia, a record that all of us have waited for long time.

I think there is ways to do this. Why not let the fans finance the record until the project is being finished? I know Marillion has done this. Until the project is not financed in its entirely, the record is not made, quite simply.

For example, industrial band Chrome is collecting funds to launch a collection of unreleased tracks from 1979-1980 and let the fans a lot of opportunities to finance the record in a way or another (simple cd 19 $, vinyl 39 $, signed cd 29 €, name in the credits + signed cd 50 $...).

I don´t know which will be the response for Nikolo fans to do this but, why not to trying it??

Marvelous idea!

Another great way I know of to start a project is Kickstarter.
I really hope that Draconia would be alive someday.
I'm here checking news from 2007 always with fingers crossed! :)

It would really be great if Nikolo let fans help Draconia.
On Kickstarter, for example, if he created a short movie with some singers and musicians, people would go crazy! :D

PledgeMusic might be the way to go. I've been considering it for a while...
