The export commission will be computed on the Free on Board (FOB) export value and only concessionaires will be allowed to export logs which must originate from concessions allocated to them.The policy also states that differentiated regime for Export Commission by species type will encourage the utilisation of the lesser known species and will allow the export of logs of some species owing to their unique physical and mechanical properties such as high silica content which pose some difficulty in converting into lumber.The new policy is designed to reflect a differentiated regime for the export commission by log species, and will encourage the utilisation of lesser known species of logs in Guyana?s classes two and three.There are three parts of the policy, which will take effect from January 2009:The first part of the Policy will raise the export commission rate to seven per cent with effect from January 2009, 10 per cent from January 2010,[url=http://www.wholesalenfljerseyssale.us@#$%&/]Wholesale Jerseys[/url], and 12 per cent from January 2011 up to December 2011.
