He further placed the chopper on the complainant?s hand as he continued to demand the removal of the device from his stall.Kurtzious sustained a scrape as a result of Ramah placing the chopper on his hand by the defendant. The matter was later reported to the Police Station where Ramah was detained and charged with the offence.The prosecution saw no reason to object to bail only that the sum be substantial.
