I love the band, but I never knew why the band is called Brazen Abbot.

Hi Fernando,

it was funny and misterious. There's nothing more to it.
The word "brazen" means made out of bronze, but the slang meaning is "shameless, impertinent, nasty etc. It's giving another dimension to the name...
