AIB pursues waste firm over 6m loan
AlLIED IRISH BANKS is pursuing a waste company that is in receivership over unpaid loans of 6 million,[url=http://www.polo-ralphlaurenoutlet.us@#$%&/]@#$%&@#$%&[/url].
Mr Justice Peter Kelly yesterday transferred the proceedings by the bank against Dean Waste, with registered offices at Broomhill Road,[url=http://www.doudoune-canadagoosepascher.fr/]doudoune @#$%&[/url], Tallaght,[url=http://www.michael-kors-outlet-online.us@#$%&/]michael kors flip flops[/url], to the Commercial Court.
The bank claims it was agreed that the security for those facilities would be provided in the form of a debenture,[url=http://www.ray--ban.it/]occhiali @#$%&[/url], dated March 2001,[url=http://www.karenmillen--dresses.co.uk/]karen millen sale[/url], in favour of the bank over the fixed and floating assets of the company including specific fixed charges over a number of properties.
These properties included lands and premises at Arran Square,[url=http://www.marcjacobshandbags.in.net/]marc jacobs watches[/url], Dublin; Broomhill Business Complex,[url=http://www.northface-jackets.us@#$%&/]north face backpack[/url], Tallaght,[url=http://www.raybansunglassese.co.uk/]@#$%& uk[/url], Co Dublin; 51 Broomhill Road,[url=http://www.new--balance.fr/]new balance 574[/url], Tallaght Industrial Estate and lands at Kilnamanagh,[url=http://www.toms-outlets.us/]toms warehouse sale[/url], Uppercross,[url=http://www.abercrombie-hollister.it/]abercrombie and fitch[/url], Co Dublin.
AIB informed the company last June that an event of default had occurred arising from the fact that the defendant had called a creditors' meeting for the purposes of commencing a creditors' voluntary liquidation,[url=http://www.longchamphandbags-outlet@#$%&/]longchamp le pliage[/url].

AIB had appointed a recover on June 8 over the assets contained in the mortgage debenture; the goodwill associated with the names Dean Waste and A1 Waste; the business of the defendant of skip and bar hire and collection,[url=http://www.nikeairhuarache.co.uk/]huaraches[/url], including the book debts associated with the business; and the plant,[url=http://www.thenorthfaceoutlet.in.net/]thenorthface@#$%&[/url], machinery and equipment of the defendant.
Since the receiver was appointed, the bank said it had learned the defendant was the registered owner of properties at Greenhills,[url=http://www.pradahandbags.in.net/]prada@#$%&[/url], Co Dublin,[url=http://www.@#$%&-shoes-outlet@#$%&/]cheap @#$%&[/url], and Kerdiffstown,[url=http://www.nikeairmax-pas-cher.fr/]air max femme[/url], Co Kildare.
The bank said that it had called on the directors of Dean Waste to execute a legal charge in favour of the bank over those properties but the directors failed to do so,[url=http://www.michaelkorsoutlet-canada.ca/]michael kors outlet[/url].
In its action,[url=http://www.prom-weddingdresses@#$%&/]casual wedding dresses[/url], AIB wants a declaration that 6.19m is due and owing under the 2008 loan facility.
