If you still want to order BA albums, 'Live&Learn' and 'Bad Religion' are still available via Japanese import. I received mine about three weeks ago, after waiting for nearly three months. But it was worth it.
I also know of one online shop that sells these two albums: www.proxis.be

Actually I was going to wait until they are reissued... whenever that will be! Nikolo said they would be reissued to coincide with the new Brazen Abbot album, but hasn't mentioned a release date yet. I haven't heard the BA material, only the soundclips, but it all sounds great and fairly similar to Nostradamus.
